KS1 Place Value

Year 1 have been busy doing lots of work on Number and Place Value. This includes sorting items using different criteria, counting objects using 1:1 correspondence, finding 1 more and 1 less than a number and comparing numbers.

Year 1 continued to explore place value and started to look at the value of 'teen' numbers. 

Year 2 have been working on recognising the place value of each digit in numbers, comparing and ordering numbers, representing numbers in different representations.
